Coronavirus in your children. Particular symptoms?

I expect there might have been a thread on this already, but I couldn't find a specific one. Probably most of you won't know whether your children will have had COVID-19, but you may have suspected it because other confirmed infections were in the family or with those close to you. Were there any particular symptoms that you noticed with your toddler or child? With a child in my family, it really hit their ear, nose and throat. They got a perforated ear drum, in the end, and refused to eat for a long while and even drink for a short while. Does this ring a bell with any others? Any other particular symptoms to report?

The cough was the worst symptom in my 4 year old.
He also got flushed cheeks and was breathing heavily.
His nose sounded congested but there was no mucus at all.
