Day 17 of CV19 symptoms for me and still don't feel well enough to go out, but DH can. Midlands. We don't have a car, but can walk to:

Lidl
Morrisons
Tesco
Aldi
Waitrose

Which is best organised/stocked in your recent experience? I shopped at Aldi before I got sick, but neither of us want to go back there as it is so cramped. Waitrose sounds most appealing but is furthest away.

TIA. Smile

I’d ask any local friends how the supermarkets are and/or check your local Facebook groups. I’m in a different part of the country, but our biggest local supermarket seems to have more issues than the slightly smaller ones.

Also, hope you feel better soon Flowers

I would go for a mid sized one and avoid mornings. Try going about 1830 ish. But blimey - you have all those supermarkets within walking distance?

Smaller.

Go mid afternoon

I’m going tonight at 8pm when everyone is else where clapping etc

Thank you, @RedKites. Yes, @sunglasses123 we are lucky to be so well-served for shops here. Was thinking later may be better and will probably avoid big Tesco.
