Help Videocall set up for non tech Elderly self isolating

Hi Can anyone suggest a product to allow us to videocall our elderly mother in law - she is an at risk person and is self isolating on her own. She doesn't know how to use a mobile and does not have Broadband. We are not on facebook some have suggested that but we don't use it. A company called Konnekt came up in searches but looks Australian. Need to get her some help fast she is also recently bereaved and think videocalling would help her greatly. Need something very easy for her to use. thanks

We've bought a tablet for my DP's Nan, she's so lonely. We're going to set it all up for her and then we can video call on what's app or FaceTime. Hopefully we'll be able to talk her through it but we're going to call her so she just has to answer which is really easy. She doesn't have broadband either so we have got a sim only plan just for data from giffgaff.
