Has the Army started delivering the free food boxes to the extremely vulnerable?

People have been getting free food boxes since late last week, yes - One of our neighbours got theirs on Friday, and there has been a few threads here and a lot of talk about them on social media over the weekend and this week. I don't think they're being delivered by the army here though, the council appears to be delivering them.
