My dad didn't get a letter

Hi all, my dad is 76 with stage 4 lung cancer having 6-weekly immunotherapy. He's also got a pleurX fitted but hasn't received a letter identifying him as vulnerable. I'm supporting him and mum completely however I'm worried what might happen if I need to self isolate and I'd like them to be able to register for support. I'm certain he's in the category the government identified but have I missed something? Should we query it with the GP?

You can register on the government site, might also be worth contacting your gp who will confirm. We're in the same boat, it's just taking longer to process I think. Flowers

My partner is also waiting for a letter. He did receive a text though. You can still register on the government.
Sorry to hear about your dad Thanks

Nor my son who is an organ recipient.

Letters are still going out.
2 days ago the report was 900,000 letters had been sent, so further 600,000 would take it up to the 1.5 million they said would receive them.
I wonder if it's being done region by region or alphabetical.?

Thank you all, I'll get him to register. I'm sorry for all of your own difficulties x

Dad has received his letter now. Much to his disappointment as he's not dying of cancer according to him 💪🏻
