In general, but especially if someone in your household has possible symptoms??

Live in a flat. Gov.uk says that for cleaning in non healthcare settings, we should double bag the gloves we use then dispose of them after 72 hours. I can't do that cause I only have 2 pairs of rubber gloves. Got lots of bleach though, so would that work if I soaked them in boiling water and bleach but maybe it would degrade them. Will try get more.

Also don't have a washing machine (couldn't afford to replace) and so use laundrette machines at a local garage. Failing that, family would help.

Does anyone have any cleaning routines they use just now to prevent infection, particularly if anyone in household has possible symptoms??

I would be interested to see how people are dealing with going to get the groceries.

I wear gloves which I put on after I’ve got out the car before touching the trolley, and then remove them before opening the car door and placing the shopping inside.
I then wash my hands after Ive entered the house, and disinfect the door handle and car keys.

I’m thinking about keeping wipes in the car to do the steering wheel and handbrake too.
