I thought it might be good to think to the future and say one big and one small thing that we will do when this thing blows over. Just for fun Smile

  1. Sell my mid-terrace house and move out to the middle of nowhere so that I never have to hear my neighbours again.
  1. Go for a nice pint in a pub and sit in the beer garden.

ThePluckOfTheCoward · 30/03/2020 12:57

Go out for a huge slap up meal (or several) with all my friends.
Get chickens
Shop at local farm shops and butchers and buy as much as possible from local independent shops.

slipperywhensparticus · 30/03/2020 13:01

Go swimming

Go for a long drive

Never take the gluten free range for granted again

Waxonwaxoff0 · 30/03/2020 13:01

In this order:

Open a bottle of champers.

Go out and dance in the street with neighbours that I don't even know.

Go straight to my mum's house and give her a hug and have a glass of wine.

Go to my grandad's house and give him w hug and have a cuppa.

Go to my favourite coffee shop and have coffee and cake.

Take DS to McDonald's and the cinema.

Have a big celebratory meal with my family.

Go to the pub with my friends.

Get my hair, nails and eyebrows done.

Book as many holidays as I can afford. (Assuming I have a job to go back to after all this.)

AutumnRose1 · 30/03/2020 13:02

Learn to shoot.

I want to be ready for the day I might get to live in the middle of nowhere.

AutumnRose1 · 30/03/2020 13:03

Oh sorry, small thing.

Cocktails with bestie.

Oysterbabe · 30/03/2020 13:04

Book a day of annual leave and enjoy a blissful day at home alone while my husband is at work and the kids at nursery. This is actually more difficult for introverts than you'd expect, I'm never alone now.

bengalcat · 30/03/2020 13:06

Blowdry , Botox ( it’ll prob be due for a redo in June anyway ) and Bikiniwax . And hopefully some of our favourite restaurants will open .
Will invite friends round for a Sunday joint ( roast not the herb variety of joint )

willdoitinaminute · 30/03/2020 13:17

Hug my friends and family tightly.
Never take anything for granted again.

Msloverlover · 30/03/2020 13:18

Go swimming in the sea. Hug my mum. Go out dancing.

I am going to make my fortune by publishing my blog.

www.the-robbing-butcher.co.uk

TheMustressMhor · 30/03/2020 13:22

And I am also going to go for a short walk every day. At the moment I cannot be bothered. it is too cold and wet. (West Coast of Scotland)

MorrisZapp · 30/03/2020 13:27

Shag my ex

turkeyontheplate · 30/03/2020 13:29

I'm feeling weirdly compelled to be around other people, hubbub and bustle (which is odd, because I'm pretty anti-social)

When this is properly over I want to go to a crowded beach with kids playing and people picnicking. A cinema packed with people. Sit in a big beer garden on a hot day with loads of people chatting and laughing. People-watching from a cafe table on a busy street.

TheMustressMhor · 30/03/2020 13:29

Shag your Ex?

Grin
definitelygc · 30/03/2020 13:30

Take my mum and dad on holiday

Go to a music festival

Turfaccountant · 30/03/2020 13:31

Definitely get my haircut. I keep it really short normally. I'm already starting to look like a fat Art Garfunkel

ErrolTheDragon · 30/03/2020 13:31

Go for a walk on the hill I can see from my home. (The really lovely walks within easy day trip will probably be swarming so I'll leave them a while)

Go to the local theatre.

TheMustressMhor · 30/03/2020 13:32

Ever since it closed I have craved a Big Mac and fries.

We live three hours away from the nearest one and I haven't had one since we moved away from London, but now I am forbidden to eat one, I am desperate for one.

worriedmama16 · 30/03/2020 13:44

Lllot5 · 30/03/2020 13:49
