How to deal with teen

Last night I woke up at 2am to the smell of weed.

Bad enough....but when I went downstairs my 19 year old had friends over and were in the bedroom.

I went nuts and threw everyone out. She's on the list that requires shielding, so we have all been super super careful. Her younger siblings can't even see their dad because his job would her at risk, and everyone is being very accommodating to make this as easy as possible for her. I've even let her boyfriend move in for the duration.

But today I'm so mad her her for being so selfish.

Wow I don’t know how you will deal with that, I would be beyond mad. My daughter is spending a lot of time in her room which worries me.

I know teenagers can be selfish, but I'm just really struggling today.

She literally can't think beyond herself.

Under the circumstances, sanctions are tricky arnt they? Can't ground them! I think a massive rant, presumably already done last night, than later a heart to heart to find out why she did it. I wonder if some of our kids are thinking what's the point of living?

Tell her if she values her own health so little by smoking and having friends over you assume that she is now happy for the rest of you to stop being so careful around her and you will be letting the younger DC see their Dad. See what she says to that.

She really doesn't seem to give a fuck. She is so angry at the world. She already lost most of her teenage life to the hospital and feels like she was just getting some form of life back.

My youngest wrote her a heart breaking letter today. As she is just being so horrid to everyone.

I'm glad wine is essential...2 days until my naked wine delivery...
