My friends dd has an ehcp due to autism. School initially kept her at school due to the ehcp. But now they are saying they cant have her there due to the dd having asthma. She is not severely affected. My friend is really struggling having her at home during lock down because she is agitated by the changes to routine and is becoming more violent and distressed. The family is vulnerable for other reasons too.
Can the school do this? I haven't heard of any other children not being allowed to go due to mild asthma.
