As with Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, Chris Whitty etc, wish him all the best.

I'm a fat feminist with liberal/socialist leanings who definitely does not want to shag him so I'm pretty certain he'd hate everything about me! I can live with that.

Grin
SaulBerenson · 30/03/2020 12:45

Hearhooves I think that’s Dominic Raab.

OP posts:
BiggerBoat1 · 30/03/2020 12:51

Oh, shame. Grin

Nat6999 · 30/03/2020 12:53

If he hadn't spent so much time licking Boris's bum he probably wouldn't have caught it.

apples24 · 30/03/2020 12:55

He pretty much is the one person who I don't feel at all sorry for. Trump would be another one.

PerkingFaintly · 30/03/2020 12:55

So, you're just part of the herd then, Dom?

Whodathunkit.Grin

(Obvs don't wish him actually dead from this.)

NiteFlights · 30/03/2020 12:55

it would be brilliant if he self isolated for a really really long time.

Grin yes it would be lovely

WinterCat · 30/03/2020 12:58

I hope everyone either avoids or recovers quickly and well from covid-19 but I do agree with this it would be brilliant if he self isolated for a really really long time.

yearinyearout · 30/03/2020 12:58

I can go one better than getting it by waving at someone...there's a huge debate raging on our local fb page about driving. There is a spot for dog walking that isn't accessible by path, but once there it's very disabled friendly. Consequently there are a few elderly local people still driving to get there, as it's safe for them to walk around and the dogs get a good run.
Some of the local nazis/curtain twitchers want to photograph cars, name and shame etc, others are saying it's fine, they are only driving a short distance/keeping away from others etc.
Yesterday, someone posted this....

Dominic Cummings self-isolating
Abraid2 · 30/03/2020 13:01

I love that, @yearinyearout. Especially the last sentence.

PerkingFaintly · 30/03/2020 13:01

Yeah, Trump is so going to get it.

He thinks he's too special to take precautions, and has been close up to several people now confirmed with it.

Unlike Cummings he's in several high risk categories and might be quite unwell with it. Given Pence is one of the people he's been hugger mugger with, like Cummings with Johnson, the US could get very interesting indeed.

BigChocFrenzy · 30/03/2020 13:07

"But he ran away so fast! "

I admit I briefly wondered if he was scuttling around trying to spread it !

< guiltily Blush >

BigChocFrenzy · 30/03/2020 13:08

No, we shouldn't laugh
Horrible for anyone to get it, even a horrible weirdo

yearinyearout · 30/03/2020 13:12

I swear people have lost the ability to use logic and reasoned thinking since this happened. They are utterly convinced that old Doris with two walking sticks is at less risk from walking up a lane with no path, dodging cyclists/other walkers etc, than driving her car half a mile to the place where she's been walking her dog for five years. She's not heading up snowdon, or driving off to the coast for the day you fuckwits. You can see why the Nazis got into power.

Lindy2 · 30/03/2020 13:17

It is good of them all to do their bit for the herd immunity. Going above and beyond.

I do wish them well though and that they only have a mild illness. I would not wish anyone to suffer badly from this illness, regardless of who they are.

DrivingMsCrazy · 30/03/2020 13:19

@yangshangpo I had the exact same thought ... Grin 💩

ginandbearit · 30/03/2020 13:30

Yes but it does mean the bugger now has time to plot the end of the nhs while the cabinet go round clapping and wearing i love the nhs badges....do not trust these bastards, seriously they will see this as an opportunity to bring in commercial values and companies to monetise health .

PerkingFaintly · 30/03/2020 13:34

Yep. He'll be going "It's not a threat, it's an opportunity."

UYScuti · 30/03/2020 13:58

Soon they will all be immune and invincible!

Abraid2 · 30/03/2020 14:03

Germany doesn’t have an NHS and is doing much better than we are with beds, testing etc.

LittleRootie · 30/03/2020 14:04

yangshangpo- 'Is it immoral to wish him a good dose of the shits at least?'
Grin

LittleRootie · 30/03/2020 14:08

Unfortunately there's another 'designated maverick' to fill in for him

SaulBerenson · 30/03/2020 16:23

Do you know who Little?

OP posts:
EerieSilence · 30/03/2020 16:33

Just when I thought my day is going to be really shitty and stressful, I got that piece of news. Cheered me up constantly.

PerkingFaintly · 30/03/2020 16:55

Surely they all "mavericks" are self-appointed?

Do you think they're fighting among themselves for his iPad?
