Quarantine with family

Hi

So I've started with some symptoms over the last few days headache, cough, sore throat, fatigued and now lost my sense of smell and taste. Not sure if it is CV but assuming it is.
As a family we've pretty much been isolating since the schools shut and have gone with the school of thought that it I've got symptoms it's pretty likely my family will get them too. However there have been a few articles about viral load and how if you have symptoms your viral load is high and then you are spreading it more and more and if everyone has symptoms you're almost surrounding yourself in a sea of viral load and symptoms can get worse. (apologies for lack of coherence it is half 5 in the morning) so now I'm wide awake panicking that I should have completely isolated myself from my family not been cooking or cleaning for them or working with then kids on their school work? Can someone either put my mind at rest or at least give me practical ways I can now implement better quarantine in the house?
Apologies for the rambling...I think the anxiety is worse than ever 😫

If.you are a.single parent of very small.children then you probably need to be doing the things you are doing .

However if you have anyone vulnerable in the house, then yes you absolutely should have been isolating.and staying away from other family members if at all.possible..I appreciate this may not always be possible though and only you know your family situation .

You sound like you have mild symptoms.and hopefully this will continue but have you got a plan for what to do in the unlikely event your symptoms worsen in the next few days?
