Hi, I have come down with something, may or may not be covid19. I live with DH and 2 teens. We are all staying in for 14 days to ensure that we don't spread it to others (longer, if one of them becomes ill). That bit I understand.
I thought I had to live apart now, and as we have a loft room with en suite thought I should stay up there.
DH and the quaranteens just keep saying, ah well we are all bound to get it as you will have had it for a few days so that's pointless.
I am afraid I don't know anything much about biology and how this works. Should I be hiding upstairs, or are they right and we just carry on as is, with me keeping to a separate bathroom and keeping my distance, but not isolating in a different part of the house.
Are they at risk of more severe symptoms if they get more of my germs? Or is that nonsense?
thanks for guidance
