Tell me I’m not alone... loving excuse not to exercise!

I know this is daft. I appreciate how serious the situation is.

But....

I’m a gym regular and I do enjoy it (sort of). Been going for years, 3-4x a week.

I’m loving fact I have a bona fide reason to justify to myself not going to the gym!!

Yes, my fitness will deteriorate. Yes I’m doing the odd video (but not a patch on gum) but I know that I’ll get back in to it when this passes. Until then... I’m relishing not going to the gym

Alone? Or are there other regular gym goers that are secretly rather lazy?!

You’re not alone

I’m somewhere between the two - a bit relieved to have a break but then also worrying about how I’ll stay in shape!

I’ve been running and walking but that gets boring so I might try some YouTube videos.
