Anyone finding their running times are hugely improving during this time?!

Just got back from 12k run.

I smashed my PB!

I wondered why and then dawned on me.... I’m not doing school run, rushing in to town, doing this, that and the other. So body physically rested and raring to go for a run.

Anyone else finding their limited exercise is really good atm?!

Haha, I'm getting slower!!

Being stuck at home with three children under five, including a four month old baby, and a DH who is trying to work in the chaos, means I'm exhausted! I'm also sometimes having to run with my four year old so he can get out (he loves running), and he's not exactly speedy...

Let’s face it - you have a very very valid excuse for not smashing your PB!

In fact I’m in awe you’re even running!

Yes! I usually average 9 min mile pace but ran 10k in just over 50 minutes.

Admittedly on treadmill as having to self isolate but was still impressed!!

There has also been a massive increase in air quality, that could be a factor

I’m the opposite. Although my exercise classes have all moved to virtual so doing at least 3 strength classes per week now.
