No bra or high heels appreciation society

Lighthearted.

I'm happy I don't have to wear a bra every day. High heels which I wear every day in the office are hidden away. I don't wear make up daily & only make sure I smarten up for video conference calls. I might be confined, but I'm loving these little glimmers of freedom.

Ìve been furloughed and havent put on a bra for 10 days.
I never wear heels anyway, make up i usually wear everyday but im giving my skin a rest, good scrub with an acid wash and anti aging serum.
Hoping to look younger and glowing when i get back to work.
Thank goodness i stopped dying my hair over a year ago, my roots will be completely grown out when this is over.

Love this, yes I am very glad of not wearing a bra or heels. I have a lot of video conferences so still wearing make up but I am also wearing pyjama bottoms and fluffy socks, which no one can see

I haven't had a bra on since Sunday but I did think today that after my shower tomorrow morning it would be nice to feel a bit of support again! They are starting to really feel heavy and uncomfortable

I was wondering when someone would start a no bra thread. I alternate between no bra and a soft cotton one. Will my boobs droop permanently? Well I’m over 65 so least of my problems right now.

I was wondering if my boobs might drop but DH is stuck with me for the foreseeable so I'm going for it 😂

Also LOVE the pj bottoms and fluffy socks idea. So far I've been sporting a smart-ish white t-shirt, navy shorts and slippers combo, aka smart casual wfh style 😎 I need to step up from Monday 😉

What my boss sees: my face, hair and shoulders, made up to marginally acceptable standards on Microsoft Teams.

What my boss doesn't see: the fact that I'm also wearing leggings and fleece socks. And that my kitchen is a mess (thanks, Teams background blur function).

I don't wear heels anyways but yay (floppy boob bounce everywhere) to no bra! Haven't worn one since the 20th. Bliss

Can you believe a no bra + flats day is a normal day for men. It's mind-blowing.

I gave up on heels a while ago, but my GOD I’m loving letting my tits hang low.

I heard that wearing a bra weakens your chest muscles and that helps to cause boobs to sag.
Hopefully thats true and not wearing one will make my muscles work harder.
I might have to do some exercise.
Who cares, my days of wearing an instrument of torture are over for now.

Tights! I'm happy to have no need to wear tights. Bra essential though (big norks and they ache if not hoiked up)

Every day is flats day for me and has been for decades! I hate not wearing a bra, but I have discovered soft, non-underwired ones recently.

I miss dressing up for work TBH. Wearing scruffy clothes every day makes me feel unmotivated.

I don't find bras uncomfortable in any way, and feel undressed without one, so I always wear one. I only wear make up for work or going out, so I haven't worn any for a couple of weeks, but put some lipstick on for yesterday's Teams "meeting".

I wish I could go bra-less, my boobs are too big for that and would just annoy me.
