Confirmed cases without fever?

Hi, I’ve been sick with all the symptoms, including shortness of breath, terrible dry cough, headache, tingling hands and feet, painful chest, pain in my back, enlarged lymph nodes, loss of appetite, diarrhea and million other things for the past three weeks. I’ve never felt so sick before and it was quite scary at times too. My chest went very tight and I could not breathe at times. Sometimes I feel like I am getting better, however it all comes back after a few hours of false hope.

I was wondering if anyone had a confirmed case without getting fever? It’s the only symptom I did not get, and according to WHO website 99% of cases get it. Does it mean I am having another nasty virus in my body? Or could it still be corona?

I have the symptoms that seem to be very common right now, very sore throat, burning lungs and breathlessness. Feel better for half day and then hits me back again. It's started on Monday. No temp until this morning, but still only 37.5 and it was back to normal a couple of hours later without paracetamol. Feeling bad enough not be able to exercise as normal but not enough that I couldn't work.

Spoke with my GP on the phone earlier about another health issue so asked her. She said almost certainly a mild case of it, the key symptoms amongst those I've had being the shortness of breath.

Blue25, because I called the surgery, GP called me back, spoke to me for 30 seconds, dismissed it as coronavirus and told me to take paracetamol for it. So I want to find out if there are indeed coronavirus cases without a fever. Or if I was just fobbed off by a busy GP.

DH and I both started with a cough a week ago, I get them all them all the time (asthma) but DH never gets coughs, so I am suspicious. Both coughs have got steadily worse (day 8 today) but no fever. It started with a headache at the back of my head. DH had a fever for one day. So frustrating that we'll never know if this is it

Can I ask how long people's fevers did last if they had a fever? I have been having daily fevers up to 38 for the past 16 days now!!! No cough but I do have runny nose. I had lethargy the first week and some nausea. Last week I've had a few episodes of diarrhoea. I can't get a covid test and of course no one wants to see you if you've got a fever! Just want reassurance other people's fevers have lasted this long!!!!
