Coronavirus depression

Who else feels utterly depressed with this isolation ? I can’t bare it anymore.

Thanks for the advice and tips. I am living in an overcrowded property with no garden and a baby so that’s having a huge effect on me. I have post natal depression already and post traumatic stress. I do walk each day but nothing makes me feel better. I don’t see the point in trying to access help I’ve already had my therapy there’s nothing anyone can do. Isolation is a trigger for me , I’m aware this is just the beginning and I’m scared I’m already not coping.

I’m truly sorry for what your going through is there no one that can care for your children while your going through therapy?

Thank you lovelies. I’ll make it through it’s just hard not being able to just assume like you would without this virus. Hope everyone is staying safe.
