Have 2 at uni. Both now home so have 2 empty houses paying full rent.
Was thinking of asking to pay 50% rent for next 6 months. They won’t be going back to those houses.
Also one DC is under pressure to pay deposit now for house for next academic year (ie Sept - standard for students in normal times) but we would like to hold off as we are trying to spread costs.
Wondering if they will even get back next year or if it will still all be online?
