how many cases in wuhan/hubei compared to rest of china?

It's from Johns Hopkins University. I've been looking at it since this began and it seem correct. The statistics for UK, Ireland,Spain and Italy look correct anyway.

quite possibly true just, just wondering if it may be more effective to more solidly cut off major cities around the world...

Many million in Wuhan... but there many bigger cities in China...
