Could dd have had Covid -19?

I'm aware that this is a mostly pointless thread as no-one can know for sure but I can't stop thinking about it.
We are in Ireland. Schools here closed on 12th March. My dd is 14 and has asthma.
We've been adhering to all the advice. She hasn't been anywhere since March 12 and Dh and I have only been out a couple of times for grocery shopping.
I have been increasingly concerned about dd's ability to cope with this virus. In the past her worst attacks have been due to coughs and colds.
However last weekend she had one incident of vomiting. She had what could have been a cold or hayfever too. At this time of year her hayfever flares up so it's hard to know. She told me last night that she'd had diarrhoea too but didn't tell me at the time. The vomiting and diarrhoea are now recognised to be symptoms but she hasn't been coughing more than her usual seasonal chestiness and she didn't have a high temperature that I'm aware of.
I'm still going to continue the way we are but it would be such a relief if she's had it.
Sorry for such a pointless post but I just wanted to see what people think.

Thanks. You are probably right and the sensible part of me agrees with you. The anxious part of me would like to keep a little nugget of hope that she's been through it and come out ok.
It's a very worrying time.
