Morrisons food box not arrived

Anyone else ordered one of these for a relative and it's not arrived ? My mum was expecting one yesterday

Did they have a tracking number?
Not ordered one but wondering if there is one, I thought they were sending with DPD so should be able to track where it was?

I ordered one for my grandparents. It was supposed to arrive Thursday but didn’t arrive until yesterday. Very good though, they were pleased with contents

There was a post on my local Facebook group about one not arriving. The box had been damaged and dpd refused to deliver. The poster only flounder out when she checked on the tracking info.

Yes this happened to me. It should have arrived Thursday. DPD hadn't even received it by Thursday. I eventually got through to Morrisons and they said they'd check. I then got notification it will arrive on Tuesday. No explanation at all. I know they're swamped but I ordered on Monday and had several delivery dates to choose from when I did so. I have been given a new order number so they obviously messed up.

I also note on the main food box thread that people who ordered after me have got theirs.

I now have to go out (fortunately I can drive to the supermarket) when of course the whole reason for ordering was so I didn't have to because I have asthma.

No tracking number given with order confirmation e mail. I have tried to contact Morrisons food boxes but they only work Mon-Fri

I ordered 2 to be delivered today - one veggie one meat. I stupidly havent printed off the confirmation email but in my history I can see the number.
didnt get any confirmation email
cant even see any payment gone out so Im assuming Im waiting for something that, despite being processed, despite going through the payment system 3 times before it said success, has not actually been done

REALLY annoyed as my local supermarket called me for a delivery slot as have a shielded person in my household, and I gave up this weeks delivery for someone else as thought I had this coming.

I cant even find any contact details for the food box website

lo and behold it turned up!! not a bad selection of stuff. very happy.
