Fully willing to comply, just can't find anything definitive online apart from an article behind a paywall posted at 2.45am and the gov.uk website still has info from days ago.

I think the issue is if people do not comply with current restrictions, stricter rules will be necessary.

There are several easy to find sources of information. BBC news website is updated live and has easy to follow guides.
