Ocado site today and yesterday

Has anyone managed to get on it? Since the queue page has changed format I can't get on the site at all. Was in the queue all day yesterday and it says PAUSED at the bottom of the holding page. Has anyone had any luck? Thanks

As far as I know they are not releasing slots to the gen public. That's what it says 2 days ago
I think they are opening the site fir amendments and those they ident6as vulnerable
I couldn't get on this morning to check if it had changed

I think it must be due to the priority customers, that the queue is paused. I couldn't get on at all. Then when I was emailed to say it was my turn for priority I got on in a few minutes.

Priority customers in this context are delivery pass holders from before 2020, who get emaiied when it is their turn to pick a slot.

AFAIK (mainly from other MN threads!) Ocado are doing nothing to prioritise the vulnerable, not even existing customers who are part of the.Govt identified 'shield' group

I was supposed to get an email giving me priority access as I pay for every day smart pass, but the email never arrived.

Still saying 'paused' and says if one has an order in for Monday or Tuesday to come back on Sunday morning. Otherwise, good luck getting on the site, let alone finding a slot!

I got an email saying I will be notified when I can book my next slot. I am a pass holder.

I have a midweek smart pass but I don't think that counts for anything. I think you have priority if you have the anytime smartpass only?

I got in this morning (maybe about 7ish)without a problem, no queue and was able to edit and checkout my order fine.

I got the priority email on Thursday just gone so that probably explains the lack of queue.

Have you tried clearing cache and cookies or using an incognito browser in case you have a cookie issue?

Just on in a queue that is moving and the page says priority access so am now hopeful!
