Probably not comparable to NHS staff etc before anyone complains but these 'boys' have had no choice in not staying at home and have been coming into contact with others because they are coordinating the best way to save members of YOUR family and friends from dying. What a naive attitude you have! Even if they still followed all protocol there it doesn't make them completely immune from it.

The only reason masks aren't advised for everyone to stem the spread of the virus is because the UK can't even provide PPE for the medical staff let alone the population.

And I'll tell you what else I don't do. I don't gloat over other people getting a potentially deadly virus, whilst infantilizing grown adults.

I thought it was funny. If you can’t find humour in the darkest times, what can you do? Saying it is disgusting or somehow gloating seems crazy.

I also agree about masks - not 100% effective but do mitigate somewhat - otherwise medical staff wouldn’t bother (and places like Hong Kong would have much higher infection rates)
