Not surprised just a bit numb.

I was on Monday. I was expecting it but I still had a bit of a cry when I got home. I love my job and I really hope the business survives.

No... however most of the company has and those that have been told to stay are also getting a 20% cut so not only do we have to do the work of a few people, we are no better off for doing it.

We've been warned that it's coming next week. No further detail. Also feeling very numb. Scared, sad. And worried for whatever comes after.

I was on Monday but it was a relief tbh. I work in a non essential shop and the number of people who don't seem to believe in social distancing is a joke.

My husband has, we are in the relatively Ok position though that even if he’s made redundant he’s got long service so would get a decent sum.

It was a relief in some ways for me, as I have a 6 year old and my job isn't possible to do from home, so having to find childcare until school reopens would have really been impossible. I'm just hoping I will have a job to go back to at the end of it.

On Monday , just wondering what I can do to retrain from home just in case I have no job to come back too, industry is clothing design for high street supplier ☹️ Am relieved to not be made redundant but am extremely anxious 😦
