I would say my DH is the worst. Bad headaches for over a week and cough as of today. I've got a very tickly cough as has my son. Crapping myself. So do I enforce distance between us all or accept we are all likely to get it? I have one non symptomatic child. Scared. What happens if we are both v ill? No family to take kids. I really am worried and panicking.

Ahh that sounds tough. Your child shouldn’t go to anyone else as they may be carrying the virus.

Try not to panic, do you have friends/neighbours who could check in with you every day, via phone, just to make sure you’re all ok?

Also do you have enough food to last you through? If not ask friends to drop food off at your door.

Thank you @LizzieSiddal yes we do have enough. Need medication from pharmacy but will call tomorrow and see what they say. I'm sure it Will be ok but we don't really have anyone we could ask if we got stuck that the kids know... it is a problem.

My DD has been poorly today, high temp and headache, to be honest I’ve just accepted that whatever she has we’re all likely to get. I could no more enforce distance with my daughter than fly in the air, especially when she’s ill. I’m keeping things clean, attending to basic hygiene but she’s 8 and she needs her mum.
