Sharp pain in chest after symptoms improve

I had coronavirus symptoms for about a week but had been feeling much better the last couple of days - just a lingering cough now but its not that bad. At its worst, my cough was constant, hurting my stomach and ribs.
But over the course of today, I've noticed a worsening pain in my chest when I breathe in. Its sort of behind and on the side of my right breast, plus pain in my shoulder blades when I cough.
Is this just a leftover from the virus (whether it was coronavirus or something else) or is it a sign that I'm not getting better like I thought I was? When I google it it comes up with pleurisy - is there a way to tell? In normal circumstances I'd call the dr as it really is quite painful, but I don't want to bother them when they're as busy as they are right now.
Anyone else had this?

Just googling this.
I had all the symptoms middle of feb.
Been left with a crackly chest, occasional stabbing pains and have to consciously take a deep breath in as my chest feels tight.

This has now developed into a severe stabbing pain whenever I move, cough, or breathe moderately deeply.

Please ring 111 for advice.

Spoken to 111 now, they think it's muscular and reckon I've pulled something from coughing so much. Unfortunately they said it can take a while to heal, which isn't great because this is agony and I'm struggling to pick up 9month old DD.
