Really worried about second wave of symptoms

I’m on about day 7 if I could the really weird early symptoms & then 4 days of chills, aches, fatigue and breathlessness with a tight chest. No real temp and no cough.

Worried about the second wave of symptoms where the respiratory stuff kicks in- does everyone get that? I have already been breathless but feeling a bit better today & did the count to 30 test etc. Chest not feeling so tight.

Anyone not got a second wave of symptoms and just continued to feel better?

It does worry me too. I’m on day 9 and the sore throat etc have all gone, I’m just left with a lot of muscle pain/fatigue.

Remember though that lots of people don’t get any symptoms at all, and many just have a crap few days, so there’s no reason to think that all of us with an awful first week will end up getting bad again

Rest up and concentrate on getting better. Take vitamin C and zinc if you can. Your body will do the work it needs to to fight this off. The majority of people don't have to go to hospital.

I hope you all feel better soon.

I’m feeling reasonably ok- have been eating normally throughout pretty much- dosing Vit C and multi vits etc. Hoping I am turning the corner!

It’s been on here quite a bit- people feeling well & then the respiratory stuff kicks in. I have a runny nose now which I assume is a good think as some of it leaving my system. Chest very sore tho

Not everyone gets that, only a minority of people. Don't worry too much, you are likely to be fine.

Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks - chest is starting to loosen up a bit bit too & there is phlegm which I assume is a good thing as body trying to get rid of it
