Like the title says... Due to coronavirus outbreak my previous workplace has to close, it is in hospitality.
I was on a temporsry contract so not due back but was eligible for maternity pay. Just been told today that because they have to close and I'm still on payroll I too will only be getting 80% and I have to sign up to it myself.
Is this right? Can they do this to me? It's already not a massive amount but I know others are in worst positions.
