Should I go to work?

I am a key worker (teacher) and therefore expected to be working on a rota. I had a sore throat and temperature of 38 on Saturday so I have self-isolated since then. I was monitoring symptoms for 7 days as advised and nothing more has come of it - I still have a mild sore throat but nothing else. So, should I continue isolating for another 7 days, totalling 14, or go to work on my rota day, which would be 11 days after the temperature?

The advice is 7days from onset of your symptoms. If you are generally well there should be no reason not to follow this.

Thanks. I thought so.
