Do I cancel my mortgage DD now or wait?

My mortgage holiday was approved by nationwide by text message a few days ago and said to wait for instructions in the post

Our post hasn’t come at all this week but I only have until tomorrow to cancel the direct debit or it will be too late and go through as normal

Has anyone done the same with nationwide and do you know what the letter says when it comes through?

I have done this. I got a text then a letter came and my payment holiday starts from 1st April - I didn’t need to do anything else. If you’ve had the text I think you’ll be fine.
