Hi my dh is being asked to take a pay cut for 3 months plus by his company. Swimming and the breakfast/after school club are asking us to continue to pay to assure a space for my dd and ds. This will be difficult financially. Anyone in the same boat??

Yes, sort of. We have swimming and nursery to pay for. We are continuing to do so because we are both key workers and will continue to be paid, but I do feel very much for those in not so fortunate positions. We are far from loaded and could really do with not paying these things but we thought it was right so we will.

If you can’t afford it all I am sure most companies will be understanding and accept a reduced amount. For swimming for example, a payment to cover the staffs wages but not the pool hire for example.
