Inspired by another thread, I think that this crisis will change the way we do a lot of things from now on.
For example, at work we have been forced to use technology that has been available to us for years, but we've just not got round to using. And do you know what? The technology is incredible and will solve a lot of problems. Another is we have been forced to go paperless, which will obviously be great for the environment.
What things have you started doing due to the crisis that you now wonder why you've waited so long to do or didn't think of before?
