Seems to be saying that the government are changing the way deaths are recorded/reported.
Also they downgraded the requirement for CV-19 being a notifiable disease, it no longer is, from 19 March.
Can anyone with more knowledge work out what this really is/means?? Are they massaging the figures or is it non consequential??
