So far I've mastered three new Hula hoop tricks, two new ways to cook tofu (food shortage here), the awkward half smile you do at someone in a shop as they're coming towards you and you scuttle away to maintain distance, sitting down in a hammock without touching it with my hands and which sandwich fillings require the least contact with utensils and surfaces.... anyone else?

I finally figured out how to crack eggs one-handed without getting bits of shell in the food , whilst holding poorly toddler on my hip and teaching punctuation to DD. I'm dead pleased with myself.
