111 - how long have you waited?

We’ve got onto the 111 system fairly easily, and then waited, and waited, and waited. After three hours, we got cut off.

What’s your experience been like? Is it worth the wait?

Can you use the online service instead? My friend tried for 2 hours then was cut off, long waits are standard at the moment.

I used the online service, after I filled it out it took me to a page for my local OOH service and I put my phone number in and someone rang me back within 2 hours

Have you tried the online service at all?

I’ve just gone online again. I don’t get re-directed and am advised to ring 111
