Has anyone got into Asda today to be able to amend click and collect? I’ve been in the queue for 90 minutes so far. Is there ANY chance of getting in?

And less important, why are they so busy? There is a very small number of click and collect or delivery slots at all, so why is the website overwhelmed?

Just had order delivered - just under half of items delivered and no nappies (we have reusables but my LO is too little for them at the mo)... so might be wrapping her up in muslins for a week?! Hmm

Not Asda, but just had my weekly Tesco delivery (I had slots booked before this all kicked off).
There were about 15 substitutions but all sensible subs and in some cases better and more expensive items that the ones I ordered (eg I ordered a couple of cheapy plain pizzas and they sent me premium stuffed crust ones instead).
I have been amending the order all week as things became unavailable, because it said that unavailable items would be removed from your basket and not substituted. So right up until 10 minutes before the cut off I was making sure everything was still available, and if not, adding something else instead, Even so, there were still a lot of subs, but I am happy with them all.
Even got a 9 pack of toilet roll and some pasta, so it seems that hopefully things might be calming down bit? Still no paracetamol or our usual butter available.
I had a couple of problems getting in to amend the order, but when I tried the next morning it was fine,
