High risk with symptoms - when to call 111?

My 4yo daughter is in the high risk category and has had the text to stay at home for 12 weeks, as she is on various immunosuppressants. She currently has a pretty bad cough, having previously been a bit congested. She hasn’t had a fever but this evening her temperature is 37.3. High temperatures are common with her condition though. She seems quite happy in her self.
Does anyone know if we are meant to contact 111 earlier with a high risk person, or do we still wait until she is actually struggling?

I would say as she is going and not quite herself, err on the side of caution and contact 111

I think the advice for people in the high risk group is to call 111 immediately they have symptoms, rather than waiting.

That’s definitely what it says on the asthma uk site.
