Give them a call and they should help you out, particularly if you are registered as vulnerable.
I can only speak for SSE, my provider, but they are sending out cards with enough money to last 12 weeks, which I'll then pay back at £3 a week.
The guy couldn't have been more helpful or polite either, he's calling back on Sunday to make sure everything's sorted.
