I read this it's awful is this really what it's come to? I didn't think I'd have to go to the extreme of hiding my NHS ID badge for the sake of a bit of shopping it's not as though the shops are only open for us.. Just an hour here and there...appalling to think people would stoop so low in a time we should all be helping each other.
