A friend has gone to their second home with their family and keeps sending pictures of various members on their own on the beach nearby and in the massive garden with captions like ‘terrible thing self-isolation.’

AIBU to find this a bit annoying and crass?

Massively tone deaf and thoughtless. I'd ignore all communication from them.

I have just realised that the WhatsApp group they are sending them to includes a mutual friend who is having to be shielded at home as well. Just thoughtless really.

In my rural county our one general hospital.struggles to cope in winter without an influx of 2nd home owners. They need to do home and I would tell them that too
