I don't, but I can understand why anything purporting to be from a healthcare worker, which might be scary, and which can't necessarily be verified, is something moderators might want to look at.

MNHQ have said it was deleted due to being identifying.. I thought that was part of the point though? Unless the Op got told by her workplace to remove it.
