Asthamtics - anyone received a text

I've just received a text from my GP surgery with a link to the Action Asthma website. The government haven't been very useful but that website seems to suggest that anyone who uses a steroid inhaler falls within the group that must be shielded.

Anyone else? It says stay in the house but I'm assuming house also includes the garden.

@kirinm I just had a text from gp saying advice from asthma uk, is that all yours said about the 12 week period?

Yeah. It wasn't saying I needed to shield myself, just referred me to the action asthma website.
