My deliveries are still coming in the green trays and i have to unload my groceries myself while the driver gets another tray. then he stands watching me while i struggle to empty the trays. any advice please. i have arthritis and sciatica.

Do you have a chair or something you can place near the door, that you can drag across for the green trays to be placed on, whilst you empty them? Might help - assuming the issue is with bending etc!
