My Mum has COPD and should be staying home and not working as a result. She can't seem to find any information on financial help. (She did ask her employer about changing her role, it's possible for her to work without having contact with other people, but they wouldn't allow it.) You can get a sick note via the NHS website but it only gives options for self isolating as you have symptoms, or self isolating because someone else in your household has symptoms. Any ideas please?
