Stay at home or go to work

Haven't had a text or letter as I'm obviously not in the most vulnerable category but every time I have come down with normal flu it's turned into a chsst infection and last year I had suspected pneumonia (that's what my doc called it) and gave me a cocktail of meds. Due to this history would I be better at home or go to work. I am a key worker (not emergency services) but I feel work could cope without me. I'm torn as I feel I should help but also feel if I got ill it would likely end in me needing respiratory help and I'm a single parent with no real support network. I would be absolutely fi e with unpaid leave.

You should speak to HR, its hard for us to say. Suggest unpaid, they might take it.

Can u suggest they reduce the number of ppl? Or maybe have ppl on call in case more than expected show up? They should have a number of children per staff... If more staff than children... Its unjustified
