Still so confused about key workers with pre school age children

Those of use who are key workers and expected to work (pharmacy in my case) what are we supposed to do if we have children who usually go to another family member while we work now that we are not supposed to mix households. My son usually goes to my mum 2 days a week who is in her 50s and healthy (not in any of the high risk groups) however she does work in a GP surgery. My work have said I'm expected in as normal so they aren't being very helpful. Is he OK to still go there? My husband is also a key worker so I also at work full time and we rely on his income more than mine so him having the time off isn't an option. What are others doing please?

Am in a similar situation, key worker in the NHS.

My DS (5) will be going to school (8:50-3:00) so I will drop of, but will have to start latter to accommodate this as no breakfast or afternoon club(i currently do 9-5) so wont be able to start till between 9:30-10:00. My youngest DS (1)will be going to nursery 2 days a week. My parents will have him on the other 2 days and will pick my eldest up from school and bring him back to ours.

My DS is self employed as a contractor so earns a lot more than I do and his work have agreed that he can work mon-thurs while his site is still open

We are just going to have to take it week by week, as after next week it will be the Easter holidays. I have no idea what to do then my parents don't want to end up in trouble due to the rules that have been set up by the government. They don't fall into any of the at risk categories and in the department where i work there is only me and my colleague who do the job
