Can private nurseries charge full fees while closed for coronavirus?

Hello all,

My 3 year old son is registered at a local private nursery which is now closed due to the latest government measures on Coronavirus.

The nursery has charged us full fees for the upcoming month of April, even though they are getting the government support announced by the Chancellor Rishi Sunak last week.

The government has not clarified if private educational institutions can still charge fees to parents while getting the government support. Does anyone have any experience with this? Did your nursery charge you full fees while you keep your child at home and working from home at the same time?
