Where to shop for food essentials?

I am getting all food delivered online where possible and observing all the rules and have been since before the lockdown BUT I think I may need to go and get some food items today. I’m getting milk, bread, fruit and veg delivered but can’t find anywhere local for tinned food or meat and fish
Would it be safer to go to my local farm shop or a large supermarket?
I am planning only going once and not going again until the lockdown is over but I’m wondering if the farm shop with less footfall but a smaller space is a better idea than a large supermarket
What does everyone think?
