Three vans turn up to continue next doors kitchen extension - this needs addressing

Have seen lots of confusion over construction workers.
But surely this cannot be right. No one is meant to be mixing with people not from their own house

The people across the road from me have their cleaner in as usual. That's worse than builders, as the cleaner will be going from one house to another (assuming there are other people stupid / lazy enough to continue using their services).
